Larry Bierlein's private practice over more than 30 years has been devoted to the regulation of hazardous materials and dangerous goods in the United States and abroad, particularly in transportation and distribution.
His practice includes hazmat work before the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, and such international bodies as the UN Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, the International Civil Aviation Organization’s Dangerous Goods Panel, the International Maritime Organization, and Transport Canada.
